P S M Chapter 19: Determine Goals

 

Lin Yu, stayed a moment suffering from a headache, suddenly he had a flash in his head and two figures appeared, one was a young man with large shoulders, wearing glasses and wearing a suit and leather shoes. He had a gentle face, but his hands are covered with cat's claw (long-bladed) gloves. He was accustomed to using his wrist to push and hold his glasses. It was the Black Cat Pirate's Captain, the bounty for his capture was 16 million Bellys his name was Kuro he was also known by his alias Klahadore nicknamed "Kuro of a Hundred Plans". The other was a Murloc with a sharp, jagged nose and a fierce look. He was the pirate whose reward was 20 million Bellys and the highest reward in the East Blue Sea, the captain of the Sun Pirates named Arlong.

These two pirates were rare big pirates stationed in two different places in the East Blue Sea. Kuro was there because he grew tired of being on the run, so he hatched a plan to leave his crew and make the world believe he had died and he was gone in Syrup Village. Arlong was there because of Jinbe, one of the Sun Pirates seamen. 

After Arlong was caught by the navy and imprisoned in Impel Down, Jinbe took over as King of Sun Pirates for the condition to rescue him and to send him to the East Blue Sea and it was a decision that Jinbe would later regret as well the Navy and the World Government because Arlong was in the wrong side in the East Blue Sea. When the navy and the world government turned a blind eye to Arlong, and he bought the soul of the navy colonel stationed near the village of Cocoyasi, he established his domain over the village of Cocoyasi and extended his powers beyond the Cocoyasi village on a number of small villages in the vicinity or rather 20 villages of the East Blue Sea under its control. Arlong dismantled his original galleon and used the materials to build Arlong Park, an eight-story building that served as his headquarters, and even though the Navy had a deal with him, Jinbe wouldn't be so comfortable anymore if he didn't kill him.

Now Lin Yu was going to choose one of the two as his next target.

Kuro was one of the heads of the Black Cat Pirates. When Buchi was the captain, because of his outstanding wisdom, he had made a lot of detailed plans before he looted, and he often returned with a full load. Combined with his own strength and his reputation that also was getting bigger and bigger, the government's eagle dogs and bounty hunters were chasing him, which made Kuro very upset. At the same time, because of its increasing reputation, there were hundreds of people who wanted to catch him. Kuro, who was known as Hundred Plans, worried that he would attract the attention of the powerhouses in the navy, he had therefore drawn up a well-animated escape plan and had let it be suspended.

Kuro decided to leave his crew and make the world believe he had died. When once he encountered the navy, he took a small boat with his crewmate and quietly sailed to the Marine ship, where he slaughtered every Marine onboard except Morgan, who survived with a broken jaw. Kuro had hypnotized Morgan and its crewmate Nugire Yainu into believing the latter was Kuro, and Morgan took Yainu to his base to have him executed as Kuro. The world soon believed that Kuro was dead, but this one was gone off on his own to attain wealth and peace for himself. 

After leaving the Black Cat Pirates, Kuro came to the village of Syrup, claiming he was a little boatman who had been kicked off the boat due to a small mistake and was left wandering without money until that he met Kaya's parents, defrauding their trust, so they left him at home as a housekeeper, and later in the past three years he had done his best to take care of their daughter and falsely claimed to feel deeply grateful for them, under the pseudonym "Klahadore", and after Kaya's parents died of natural causes during this period, he had taken care of her in every way possible and had planned she would leave her wealth to him of her own will. It was a pity that it was all done to gain her trust and the trust of the villagers and to gain her property. He still secretly controlled the Black Cat Pirates group, waiting for the opportune moment, and when the time came, he had let the Black Cat Pirates group kill Kaya and her loved ones, and as the family housekeeper and who had survived at looting he became the only heir to all of Kaya's wealth, then he had changed his face and enjoyed the life of drunk gold fans in the East Blue Sea as a rich man.

The main method of fighting used by Kuro was by wearing a special "cat's claw" glove, and with special assassination skills and silent stages, he could perform the most effective killing, his thing was " Shakushi ", using a high-speed movement and an attack with cat's claws in his hand, he could kill a lot of enemies, but the disadvantage was that these movements were so fast that even the person doing the attacking movement didn't know what they would cut. It was undeniable this was a good physical skill, the speed was almost as fast as that of the six movements of the Navy, but it was obvious that Kuro was strong enough to control this movement, so it will not cause a situation where the enemy will be undistinguished from the friend when using this move.

After the death of his leader, he insisted on killing all the humans who betrayed Fisher Tiger, but he was planted in the hands of Vice-Admiral Borsalino who was still a lieutenant general at the time. During the interrogation, he had also concealed the truth of Tiger's death which was the refusal to donate blood. He lied about that Tiger was died of the selfish behavior of humans' refusal to donate blood and was finally taken to the underwater prison "Promotion City". Jinbe rescued him on the condition of taking over as King of Sun Pirates and sent him to the East Ble Sea.

After his arrival in the East Blue Sea, with the dragon and pirate group that followed him, they attacked villages large and small in the East Blue Sea. They quickly occupied more than 20 villages, including Nami’s hometown, Cocoyasi Village, and established "Arlong Park" on Cocoyasi Village. Then Nami's hometown was used as a headquarters in the evil dragon realm and the 20 villages in the East Blue Sea and began to rule by force. The ruled human beings were charged fees for the headquarters of the domain. Adults would have to pay 100,000 Bellys and children would pay 50,000 Bellys, those who did not comply would be wiped out. Nami's adoptive mother only had 100,000 Bellys so she decided to pay for Nami and Nojiko and sacrifice herself. Arlong shot her in front of her children as an example of disobedience. As the pirates began to leave, Arlong learned about Nami's skill in regards to creating maps. He forced Nami to become part of his crew as a mapmaker and told her that he would free her village and everyone in it, including her adoptive sister Nojiko if she brought him 100,000,000 Bellys. He also bought the Colonel Nezumi from the Navy Branch with a lot of money, and the profitable Nezumi Colonel allowed the dragons to do wrong things.

An extreme racist, on the grounds that Murlocs could be amphibious on land and sea, and their wrist strength was ten times that of ordinary humans. They believe they were inherently stronger than humans and those they were a race stronger than humans, and they adopt high-handed rule over humans under management, looking at the fate of human beings like a bug. He was arrogant, greedy, and cruel, but because of his previous experience, his own strength could not be underestimated. He was the pirate with the highest bounty in the East Blue Sea, and the Navy had offered a reward of 20 million Bellys for his capture.

There were Murlocs such as Hatchan and others who have been brought from Murloc Island to the East Blue Sea. Both the strength and power are far above the Kuro. What's more, the current Kuro was disguising his identity in Syrup Village and working as a housekeeper for the Kaya family. His subordinates were not around, and the commander of the Black Cat Pirates was better than Arlong, no matter how he looks like.

Turning his gaze, after a little comparison of the difficulty of attacking the two pirates, Lin Yu had happily made the decision to solve Kuro first.
